For Alpha Pneumatic Supplies we designed a packaged
e-commerce solution to enable them to trade on the web
effectively and securely. APS did have in place an existing
e-commerce site when we first spoke to them, but they
outlined that this was not performing as expected and
online sales were poor.
We provided APS with a range of e-commerce options
available for their budget and then developed a bespoke
look and feel for the site compatible with the chosen
solution to ensure consistent brand identity and to
enable them to compete effectively online amongst their
competitors. We then undertook a complete site promotion
program for them to increase awareness of the site and
their huge product base and bring new online customers
to the business.
Within the first month of the site being launched,
Alpha achieved more sales online than the former sites
total sales figure over the previous 2 years trading.
The sites placement has been increasing in the search
engines steadily since then and the site continues to
make a high volume of sales as well as increased telephone
communication from web visitors looking for more information
leading to increased high value telephone sales.

Lions-Tour.com is the largest and most popular British
& Irish Lions fan site on the Internet. Covering
the last two Lions tours, Lions-Tour.com has grown into
the biggest and most successful Lions site on the Internet,
even out gunning the official Lions web site in the
process.
Not content with enjoying first place on Google and
all the other major search engines for any related British
& Irish Lions search and welcoming over 95,000 unique
visitors a month, the site also generated a massive
following and culture resulting in hundreds of sales
of branded Lions-Tour.com merchandise as well as significant
revenues from advertisers keen to capitalise on the
sites massive commercial success.

has enjoyed massive success and has resulted in the
development of a brand new rugby web site in partnership
with another successful sports event site based in South
Africa.
Balls & Mauls.com is still in the final stages
of development with the content of the site being loaded
currently. It is expected that this site will generate
at least 200,000 unique visitors per month, in turn
generating huge revenues from advertising and merchandising.
The site will be launched in late 2006.

As a Quality Management organisation, PGC Systems had
firm requirements for their site in that it needed to
look good, provide a basic level of information with
contact links to generate enquires from potential new
business, but above all they needed their site to comply
with the Disability Discrimination Act’s requirements
for Accessibility.
The Act requires that all public facing web sites need
to function to a basic level of accessibility for all
users to be able to use the site. We were able to help
PGC Systems achieve this requirement whilst not losing
any of the good design and functionality required to
complete the brief fully.
Candeo Media also work with PGC Systems to implement
a web application we have produced for them into each
of their clients’ systems that enables each company
to monitor and control internal change reports that
assist with problem solving. The application features
different levels of access for management and staff
together with a notification system to alert other staff
when changes are made to the system.
